We are currently seeking Full-Time, dynamic, non-emergency, Call Center Representatives for our rapidly-growing multi-state Health and Safety Company!

 

Ideal Candidates Should Be:

  • Outgoing and excited to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Organized and detail-oriented, while possessing a positive attitude
  • Comfortable and courteous on the phone
  • Focused on providing exceptional customer service
  • Reliable, efficient, and able to multi-task

Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring calls for services are processed efficiently
  • Clerical work
  • Manage substantial amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

 Basic Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Minimum of High School Diploma

 A plus... but not required

  • Call Representative experience
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Physical demands:

  • Primarily remains in a stationary position (sitting for long periods of time)

Compensation:

Starting: $13.00/ HR
